Steel Fiber_ Enhance Concrete Explosion Resistance
Brand:LATCHER
Description
Steel fiber can greatly enhance the explosion resistance of concrete. When installing the bunker on site, we recommend pouring an additional layer of concrete on the outer surface of the bunker. Adding our steel fiber during the concrete pouring process can significantly enhance the bunker's explosion-proof perfomance.
Steel fibers interact with each other in concrete, taking on tensile stress at any point and in any direction. They can capture tiny cracks faster than traditional steel bars, so as to hinder the development and deterioration of cracks.

Fiber Concrete
Steel Bars +Concrete
Traditional steel bars + concrete cannot effectively strengthen the tamping outside the 7-10d range
Fiber Concrete
Fiber concrete is a composite material. Its crack resistance is strongly related to the fiber network length, which is an enhancement of the overall concrete.

Catching Micro Cracks Earlier
Steel fibers interact with each other in concrete, taking on tensile stress at any point and in any direction. It captures micro cracks earlier than traditional steel bars and acts as a bridge, thus hindering the development and deterioration of cracks.
