Description
The Blast Valve is a heavy - duty steel pressure vessel. Tested and certified by professional engineers, it can withstand pressures exceeding 100 PSI. With its unique double - hemisphere valve, it closes rapidly, effectively reducing the entry of impact pressure and toxins.
It features a corrosion - resistant structure to prevent rust from affecting its response. Equipped with a manual closing function, it prevents the entry of hazardous substances during external malicious dumping or fires. It is easy to install and can be bolt - fixed to various shelters such as steel or concrete ones.
In case of nearby explosions, it can automatically close during both the positive and negative pressure phases. After the air pressure returns to normal, it automatically resumes its normally open state, ensuring normal air circulation, blocking the entry of high - pressure pollutants, and firmly building a safety barrier for your shelter.

Hemispherical Valves
The closing speed of the blast valves is of crucial importance. The faster they close, the less impact pressure and airborne toxins will enter the shelter. Our blast valves are equipped with double stainless - steel hemispherical valves, which are significantly lighter in weight compared to the flat plates used in other blast valves. Their unique arched structure can withstand blast pressure with a smaller amount of steel.
The valves are connected by stainless - steel guide rods, which are placed in precisely machined bronze bushings. This carefully designed corrosion - resistant structure can effectively prevent rusting, ensuring that the valves can always respond rapidly and never hesitate at critical moments.
