Description
This concrete - filled steel - enclosed structure blast door features a steel - enclosed door panel, with concrete filled after installation. The concrete weighing up to a thousand pounds cannot be cut by a torch. It is certified by engineers to withstand an explosion pressure of 50 PSI (in the installed state) and 14.5 PSI (in the non - installed state).
Equipped with large capture hinges with bronze sleeve bearings and grease nipples, it is easy to open, reducing the opening force by approximately 20 pounds. Three rotating cam latches work in coordination, and each can bear a weight of over 14,000 pounds, evenly compressing the NBC door seal strip.
It has a ballistic resistance performance of UL 752 Level 8, and a 7.62 NATO ball can only penetrate about half of it. The external encrypted keypad is connected to the latch on the internal rotating hard plate, and is paired with a mechanical release lever to ensure convenient access both inside and outside.

Multiple Layers of Protection
It is equipped with a structure welded to the wall - mounted capture brackets. These brackets are connected to the frame and extend into the wall. With this design, even if the external fasteners are attacked, the frame can remain stable and not shift.
